Shipping policy

All items are packed in 5-10 (or sooner) business days and shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

International:

USPS First Class International Package Service  (7 to 14 business days)

Refunds and Exchanges

 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation: before the item has shipped

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

• Custom or personalized orders

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale

 

Returns and exchange details

If you received a broken or wrong item, or your earring came off from a stud in a few days, please let me know by sending me a photo of it. I will resend anther item as soon as possible. Otherwise, all jewelry sales items are final due to health safety consideration.

 

If a packaged is returned to me due to a wrong address, I will refund the order (not shipping) and you can choose if you would like to purchase the item again along with another shipping charge.

 

If your package says it has been delivered but you haven’t received it, PLEASE call your local post office. They have a GPS device that will be able to locate where the package was left. Once I ship the package it’s completely out of my hands.
